Lazy Day Cookies Cake – A Guide

How about a new Lazy Mom Recipe to put in your Lazy Mom cooking repertoire?

How about a new Lazy Mom DESSERT Recipe to put in your Lazy Mom cooking repertoire?

How about we all sit around over a pan of these and talk about how jiggly our thighs are and sing kumbaya together?

Well okay, I thought maybe if I threw that one in there you’d all want to do that with me, but whatever.

Anyway, Lazy Mom Beth who has sent in past Lazy Mom Recipes for us to enjoy has done it again!  Her latest submission makes me want to kiss her and then smack her all at the same time.

A kiss for the easy dessert recipe.

A smack for the damage it will do to my thighs.

But I’m sure you all knew that already.

Lazy Cake Cookies:

1 box yellow or white cake mix
2 eggs beaten
5 Tablespoons melted butter
2 Cups mini M&M’s or mini chocolate chips (mini chocolate chips can be hard to find, here’s some on Amazon, and here’s mini M&M’s for that matter. <– Those are affiliate links; I think I’m supposed to tell you that or some blog lawyer will prosecute me or something.)

Mix together, put in a greased 9×13 pan and bake at 350 for 20 min!

After looking at that picture I just have two words for you….

I think I’ll be making these soon.  BUT only if the family is here to help me eat them or I may eat the whole thing by myself. And that would just be terrible for that jiggly thigh disease I have.

What? It’s a real disease. It’s just never been labeled till now.  As in right now this minute.

I’m sure the medical community will be contacting me soon to learn more about this atrocious disease and how it affects millions every day.

I’m sure they will give me awards and accolades over it.

I’m sure they will make me the case study once they see these bad boys I sport around.

Aren’t you so glad you read this blog?  I mean where else would you hear so much talk about jiggly thighs?

You’re welcome.

Making lazy cake cookies is super easy and a favorite among many. All you need is a box of white or yellow cake mix, 2 eggs, 2 cups of whatever mix-ins you would like to add (I’ve made them with M&Ms, mini chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, peanut butter chips, and white chocolate chips), and 1/3 cup of vegetable oil. You don’t need to use a full size box either; if you prefer the flavor of chocolate or strawberry cake mix cookies, simply grab a box of those instead! Next you’ll want to grease a 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray. Then mix together the dry cake mix, eggs, oil and any desired add-ins until combined. Bake it in the oven for 20 minutes at 350F and voila! You have delicious cookie bars that are thick and soft. How to make Lazy cake cookies and its Ingredients

Lazy cake cookies are a delicious treat that require minimal effort to make. The key ingredient to making delicious lazy cake cookies is a box of yellow cake mix. Is Cookie Mix the same as cake mix?

Cookie mix and cake mix are not the same. Cookie mix typically comes in a box with four ingredients: flour, milk chocolate, soft cookie, and cake batter. It is one of the easiest things to make when it comes to baking. To make cookies out of this mix, you would need a baking dish and oven. Once placed into the oven, the cookies can be turned out using a cake mixer such as Betty Crocker or other brands. While these mixes may seem similar, they are not interchangeable and should be used for their intended purpose for best results!

How long do you chill cookie dough?

When it comes to chilling cookie dough, the answer depends on what kind of cookie you are making. If you’re using a store-bought mix, then it typically takes about 15 minutes for one box of cookies to be ready to bake. However, if you are making your own dough from scratch, with just four ingredients, then it can take up to an hour or more for the dough to chill and become workable. This is because the fats in the recipe need time to solidify before cookies can be turned out. If you’re using a cake mix as your base, then it might take even longer since cake mixes often contain more fat than cookie recipes do. Ultimately, the length of time needed to chill cookie dough will depend on the recipe and ingredients being used.

What is lemon cake made of?

Lemon cake is a delicious, classic dessert that’s sure to please any crowd. It is made from one box of chocolate cake mix, four ingredients, and cookies turned into crumbs, which are used as a topping. To make the lemon cake, you first prepare the chocolate cake mix according to the directions on the back of the box. Then you add in some freshly squeezed lemon juice and zest for a lemony flavor. Once the batter is mixed together, it’s time to assemble your masterpiece! Grease an 8-inch round cake pan with butter or oil and pour in the batter. Bake in preheated oven according to package instructions. When finished baking, let cool before adding your favorite frosting and topping with cookie crumbs or other decorations of your choice. This zesty lemon cake will definitely be a hit at any gathering or special occasion!

How to make Chocolate chip cookie cake

Making a chocolate chip cookie cake is very simple and only requires a few ingredients. You will need one box of your favorite yellow cake mix, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup vegetable oil, and 1/3 cup water. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9-inch round cake pan. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water with an electric mixer until smooth.
