Check out this oh-so-easy recipe for scalloped potatoes that my good friend, Jenilee, sent me like… uh… over a year ago!
As usual, I stay right on top of getting the latest, greatest lazy mom recipes out for you all in a timely manner! *smile*
Lazy Scalloped Potatoes
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Cans Evaporated Milk
Layer a 9×13 pan with sliced raw potatoes and shredded cheese.
When you have that layered in the pan, pour 2 cans of evaporated (NOT CONDENSED!) milk over the potatoes and cheese.
Season with salt and pepper on the top as needed.
Bake covered (spray tin foil with non-stick spray first so that it doesn’t stick to cheese) for 1 hour at 375º.
Bake uncovered another 30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
Let set 5 minutes uncovered before serving.
Jenilee said her sister made this recipe for them and it was very good! Go ahead and give it a try tonight, why don’t ya?
Love and cheesy potatoes for all,
